Brief Description of Key Responsibilities:

Insures that equipment and supplies are clean and maintained in a state of readiness.

Checks vehicle for road-worthiness on a daily basis, checking oil, water, tires, etc. Wash as needed and have routine maintenance done.

Instructs all clients in the proper procedure for getting in and out of the van and how to operate the safety belts and shoulder straps.

Van will carry at all times: First aid kit, fresh drinking water, operating cellular phone, fire extinguisher, flares, reflectors and spare fuses.

Experience and Other Requirements:

Ability to work effectively with staff and to ensure cooperation and excellence in patient satisfaction.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, showing initiative and being a self-starter.

Education, Certification and Licensing Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Must have an excellent driving record.

Ability to read and understand English.

Ability to follow directions.
